Т.е. "получатель" не нуждается в дополнительных программах, чтобы прочитать послание! Программа может также шифровать и бинарные файлы, но при этом для дешифровки придется воспользоваться ей же, а не браузером.Шифрование - надежное, симметричное, на домашней странице программы подробно описан алгоритм.
